"Topic Gacha" (the "App") respects your privacy and handles information with care.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and handles information.
1. Information We Collect
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the App is used and to improve its quality.
App usage
The App may collect information about actions you take in the App, such as the following.
- Selecting a category
- Using 1x Gacha and 10x Gacha
- Adding a topic to Favorites and removing it
- Drawing from Favorites
- Using Stock
- Using Collection
- Obtaining a rare topic
- Completing a category or the Collection
- Starting and ending a conversation session
- Actions in a conversation session, such as Next Topic, Skip, and feedback
These events may include information such as category, rarity, session type, feedback, the number of completed topics, and a topic ID (topic_id). Category is recorded as a classification that does not depend on the language shown on screen.
The App does not send the text of a topic itself as analytics data.
For some usage analysis, the App may send a topic ID (topic_id) defined in the App so that it can tell which topic an action relates to.
This topic ID is a fixed identifier for a conversation topic within the App. It does not identify you, and it does not contain your name, email address, or other information that directly identifies you. Text you enter is not sent as a topic ID.
The App also does not set its own user ID in Analytics for the purpose of directly identifying you.
Device and app information
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may collect information such as the following.
- App version
- Android OS version
- Device type and model
- How the App is used
- Crash and error information
- Diagnostic information
- Identifiers associated with an app instance
- Installation identifiers, such as a Firebase Installation ID
- Device or other identifiers, such as an advertising ID
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address
The App does not itself collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, or login details.
The App also does not set its own user ID.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information mainly for the following purposes.
- Analyzing how the App is used
- Understanding which categories and features are popular
- Understanding how features such as conversation sessions are used
- Improving the quality of the App
- Investigating crashes and bugs
- Improving the stability of the App
We do not use collected information to build advertising profiles or to identify a particular person.
3. Firebase and Google Services
The App uses the following services provided by Google LLC.
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
Information collected through these services is processed in accordance with Google's services and privacy policies.

4. Sharing of Information
The App is not connected to advertising networks and does not sell collected data.
Google processes data through Firebase services used by the App.
The App does not use the Google signals feature in Google Analytics or integration with Google advertising.
Except where required by law, the developer of the App does not sell information collected through the App to third parties.
5. Security of Data in Transit
Communication with Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics uses appropriately encrypted connections.
6. Data Stored on Your Device
To provide its features, the App stores or temporarily keeps information such as the following on your device.
- Topics you have saved to Favorites
- Topics marked as collected in the Collection
- Topic history shown in Stock
- The progress of a conversation session
The developer does not send stored data itself, such as Favorites or Collection progress, to a server operated by the developer.
The App has no feature that shares your feedback choices within a conversation session with other users, or that saves those choices on a server operated by the App.
To understand how conversation sessions are used, however, the App may record in Firebase Analytics that an action such as feedback was taken. The text of the topic itself is not sent. The App may send a topic ID (topic_id) defined in the App so that it can tell which topic the action relates to. This topic ID does not include information that directly identifies you.
Depending on your device backup settings, Android or Google backup may save some data stored on your device to your backup.
7. Data Deletion
The App does not have user accounts or a sign-in feature.
Data stored on your device as Favorites can be deleted from the Favorites feature in the App.
Topics saved in Stock can be deleted individually or all at once from within the App.

8. Uninstalling the App
Uninstalling the App normally deletes the App's data stored on your device.
Information already collected by external services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may be kept according to each service's data retention policy.
Data saved by your device's backup feature may also be kept according to your own backup settings.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children of any particular age.
The App does not ask you to enter, and does not itself collect, personal information such as your name, address, or contact details.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The App may update this Privacy Policy when features are added, the services it uses change, laws change, or other circumstances require it.
The updated Privacy Policy applies from the time it is posted on this page.
